What materials can belt conveyors handle?+
Bulk and piece goods: ore, coal, crushed stone, sand, grain, cement and others. The design is matched to the material and operating conditions.
What determines the choice of conveyor?+
Capacity, route length, inclination angle, belt width, material properties (size, abrasiveness, moisture) and operating conditions.
What incline can a belt conveyor work at?+
A smooth belt usually works up to about 18–20°, depending on the material. For steeper angles a ribbed belt or another conveyor type is used.
Do you provide installation and service?+
Yes. We build conveyors to your parameters, deliver across Kazakhstan and the CIS and, if needed, provide installation, commissioning and maintenance. To prepare a quote we need the key process parameters, operating conditions and, if available, drawings or photos of existing equipment. We issue a quotation within 48 hours.
