- Incoming Inspection: Certificate verification, chemical composition, mechanical properties. Marking and tracking.
- Cutting: Plasma cutting up to 40 mm, gas cutting up to 60 mm. Laser cutting of thin sheet metal.
- Machining: Turning, milling, drilling, planing operations. CNC and universal machines. Accuracy to 0.01 mm.
- Welding: MIG/MAG, TIG, manual arc welding. Certified welders (NAKS). Weld quality control.
- Heat Treatment: Annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering. Stress relief after welding.
- Assembly & Fitting: Bench work, assembly of units and modules. Control assembly before shipping.
- Quality Control: VT, UT, RT, MT, PT. Mechanical testing. Geometry and dimension verification.
- Coating: Sandblasting Sa2.5. Primer, painting. Galvanizing, powder coating.
- Packaging & Shipping: Preservation, transport packaging. Marking, documentation set.
